Shipping & Returns
Shipping is normally ground and takes 3-7 business days to arrive. If you do not see your order/wine in that time frame please contact delivery company first, to find out the location of your order.

If you do not see your package, and have contacted the delivery company please call us so we can find the best way to resolve the matter.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will refund or replace any bottle that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept the return of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during or after shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original corked or flawed bottle for replacement.
